Saturday was awesome! I was at the NapaStyle Costa Mesa store, owned by Top Chef and Food Network Star, Michael Chiarello , who is also a fan, friend and a fellow lover of all things Napa Valley, for a book signing event.
At the event, we were pouring Chiarello Wines , specifically their 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon which was jammy, fruity and a must-have for any NV Cab lover. Along with an array of chocolates, it made for a perfect pairing.
I’m happy to report that the event was a huge success! Obviously, there is a large population of Orange County who enjoys wine and has an affection for Napa Valley. Some fabulous people turned out and made the event lovely by sharing their own personal favorites of Napa Valley with me. The best part of these events are connecting with readers and finding out exactly how the book has made a travel destination a memorable romantic experience.
Thank you to all the staff at NapaStyle and all who attended! I can’t wait to get your emails, hear your personal stories after utilizing the book and continuing to bring you romance in all your travels to Napa Valley and beyond.

For your next romantic rendezvous select an exotic cocktail (Sip a French Kiss in Paris) or savor a luscious wine (Pinot Grigio in Italy) to make your trip away that more special. When you arrive back home you can recreate the same cocktail or find a similar regional varietal wine to relive the romantic experience.
